Important Notes:
Patients are responsible for payment if they do not have a valid provincial health card. This also includes residents of the Province of Quebec and all U.S. and International visitors.

Residents of Ontario who have valid health cards must present the card for payment with each visit. Please note that your coverage is not automatic and is no longer guaranteed by the Ministry of Health (MOH).

The MOH covers the cost of basic office visits and procedures. Many common services are not covered. Physicians are not allowed to bill OHIP for these services. A price list is available at the clinic reception.
